In addition to our PCBA assembly services, we can also produce a complete electronic and/or mechanical assembly for you. From subsystems, cabinet construction, and complete box build projects to packaging and shipping to your customers. In short, a total turnkey production solution.
Flexibility for your project
The box build process we develop is specific to your project. Some steps are complex, others are simpler. We have a highly flexible assembly line with experienced employees specifically for this purpose. So please let us know how we can use our complete box build services for you. Regardless of the volume you want to have built, we will take care of it. This can be done in various ways:
Build-to-order (BTO) = assembling a specified product on demand (order) each week
Configure-to-order (CTO) = assembling a final product from a number of fixed components that can vary per order/project (number of LED boards, drivers, power supplies, etc.)
Assembly into final product
After assembly and programming, the electronics are ready. But this is not yet the end product. In many cases, the electronics still need to be tested, incorporated into a housing, and packaged.
