Defense

Extreme reliability requirements
Defense applications are perhaps the greatest challenge for any electronics manufacturer: it is literally a matter of life and death that equipment continues to function properly, especially under the most extreme conditions. Temperatures ranging from well below freezing to nearly boiling point in the blazing sun must not affect performance, nor should moisture and dust. Mechanical robustness is yet another requirement. Equipment must be highly deployable, require minimal maintenance, and be easily replaceable in the event of damage or loss.
Years of experience working with demanding customers have equipped Global Electronics B.V. with the expertise and technology needed to deliver virtually indestructible hardware. PCBs can be built using components of the highest reliability class, they can be encapsulated in synthetic resin, and we can also provide advice on components for which a better alternative might be available—all to achieve the most robust result possible through close collaboration.
Confidential projects
The requirement for high reliability also applies to the manufacturer itself. It is of the utmost importance that the underlying technological knowledge cannot fall into the wrong hands.
Global Electronics B.V. is able to deliver on this promise through local production in the Netherlands and a careful selection of suppliers for components and other materials. We also have strict production protocols in place to ensure confidentiality. Of course, we can also supply "mil-spec" hardware to other industries that have very high standards for their electronic products.
