From purchasing to machine programmers and from quality control to final shipment, even worldwide. Your project manager will keep you informed throughout the entire journey that the product takes.

In addition to assembling, producing, and validating both prototypes and serial productions, Global Electronics B.V. also offers services that are important in the final stages of the end product.

OPPORTUNITIES

BOM analysis

The purchase of materials is planned on the basis of a BOM. The parts lists serve as a guideline, and the clear step-by-step instructions reduce the risk of errors.

Box build

In addition to our PCBA assembly services, we can also produce a complete electronic and/or mechanical assembly for you. From subsystems, cabinet construction, and complete box build projects to packaging and shipping to your customers.

Coating, Potting, and Other Services

Would you like to have a conformal coating applied, a protective layer that is (selectively) applied to an electronic control system to protect it from external environmental influences, such as moisture? We would be happy to take care of that for you.

Quoting

We understand how important it is to provide an accurate quote. Due to the large amount of data and details involved, there is always a risk of errors. We prevent this by starting with a BOM analysis to map out the material costs.

Surface Mount Technology (SMT)

During the SMT process, components are attached to the printed circuit board by placing the contact pins on top of the board rather than through it, as is the case with Through Hole Technology (THT).

Test & Repair

All PCBA's produced by us meet high quality standards and undergo a number of checks and tests during the production process.

Through Hole Technology (THT)

In addition to SMT (Surface Mount Technology) components, Global Electronics B.V. also processes THT, or Through Hole Technology, components.
