INSPECTION AND TESTING TIMES

All PCBA's produced by us meet high quality standards and undergo a number of checks and tests during the production process. These include a visual inspection and, for SMT, an AOI check: automatic optical inspection. In addition to checking the correct placement of the various components, this system also checks the solder connections ofSMT components.

Functional testing

Would you like to have your PCBA and/or assembled end product functionally tested to reveal problems that cannot be detected by other forms of inspection? We are happy to take care of that for you. We test using predefined test scripts to minimize downtime. Testing is usually carried out using a test setup and test instructions provided by you. We can also develop and manufacture this test setup for you, from a simple (wired) test setup to a high-end pin bed test setup. We think flexibly and work with you to meet your needs.

Testing with a pen bed

One of the test types we use to ensure that the printed circuit boards are delivered without defects is the bed of nails. This is a system in which the PCBA is placed on a bed of nails. The nails make contact with various test pads on the printed circuit board and thus test its quality.

Programming at home

Would you like to use a non-destructive test to determine the suitability of electrical insulation for the normally occurring surge voltage? We have a Chroma HIPOT test at our disposal in a test room that is completely enclosed for this purpose. We also have the facilities to program ICs or ICs on board in-house. If you prefer to have them programmed via the programming service of our suppliers, that is also possible.
